We like perfect, simple tastes. We know that simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication, and so we use the absolute best ingredients and do our best to match them in such a way that, simply put, they turn into the perfect taste when served.
We use the freshest fish and vegetables for everything we cook, we like to use produce that’s in season so we can extract the best taste out of each ingredient, and we love to get inspired by cuisines from all over the world, their fascinating flavors and cooking techniques. We love the Japanese-inspired Tuna Tataki just as much as we love the Uruguay Black Angus Rare Steaks, and the Italian Frito Miso & Seafood pasta. We could go on and on, but we think it’s better if you drop by and get a taste of what we are talking about.
Our head chef has been working in the some of the best fish restaurants in Bucharest for the past ten years and has led teams of professional cooks from all over the world. He is always on the lookout for new taste combinations, but never forgets the charm of the classic flavors we all love.
